Delivery Fee

Delivery to UK Mainland (not including Northern Ireland or Highlands and Islands of Scotland) is free unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Oversea delivery fees vary, please email with your delivery address and relevant items for a quote.

Delivery Timescales

Delivery timescales are stated on the relevant product page. We do try to be as accurate as possible. Sometimes however there might be a delay if the product is in production.

When it is a non-stocked item it can take 4-6 weeks to manufacture. We will let you know delivery timescale at point of order.

What to expect on Delivery day

**Someone will need to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery**

On your delivery day, please ensure you inspect your new goods thoroughly before you sign the paperwork for them. 

Only make arrangements for your Plumber, Electrician or Builder once you have received and checked your goods.

If the parcels are damaged in any way they should not be signed for unless marked 'DAMAGED', or 'SHORT DELIVERED'.

No claim for damage in transit or shortage can be accepted if signed for 'RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION'


Please unwrap and inspect the goods. Any visible fault or imperfection must be reported to Great Rads within 48 hours of receipt to enable us to send a replacement. Otherwise goods shall be deemed to be acceptable.

A contents sheet will be included within the box to enable you to check all parts are present.

Radiators are classed as a heavy item, and require reasonably fit people to be available when being delivered. 


Specific delivery times cannot unfortunately be given at this current time on standard deliveries. Timed deliveries might be possible at extra cost - please contact us if you require.


Delivery is usually Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm. This will be confirmed by Great Rads who will ensure the delivery process goes as smooth as is possible.


Please notify us of any problems within 2 workings days of receipt of items. Great Rads can not be held responsible for damages or missing items reported after this time.

We will send you an order confirmation email when we have received your order, and will keep you informed at every stage.

As deliveries are by third party carriers we cannot be held responsible for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.


Radiators are supplied without valves unless stated.
